Prep Time: 45 Minutes

Serves: 8 to 12 servings



  • 12 slices Farmland Hickory Smoked Bacon (Classic Cut) cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 24 fresh crimini (baby portabella) mushrooms

  • ½ cup dry red wine

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature

  • 8 oz. goat cheese

  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted

  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain.Remove and dice mushroom stems. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet, top side down. Pour wine into bottom of baking sheet.

  2. Combine all remaining ingredients along with diced mushroom stems and drained bacon; mix until well combined.

  3. Place large spoonful of cheese mixture into top of each mushroom. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes.
